I was raised in High Point, North Carolina. I am a graduate of North Carolina A&T University with a B.A. in English and Strayer University with a Master's degree in Public Administration. I have enjoyed an extensive career of service with the U.S. Army and local Department of Social Services in Guilford and Forsyth Counties. Coco always responded to requests for showings as quickly as possible. She arranged many showings and processed several offers for us before we were able to finally make a purchase. This market is crazy. It was a learning curve for us to adapt to the kind of offers that were necessary. Coco was amazing!! We were looking to buy from across the country. We dealt with 3 other realtors before being put in touch with Coco. The other ones were not responsive, didn't try to help us find what we wanted, and had no follow through. I think they thought we were a joke trying to buy thousands miles away. Not Coco. She did 2 walk throughs on homes via video chat, sent us videos when cell service was bad at one, and stayed in contact. In the end, we offered on a house sight unseen. After a month of craziness and her being so accommodating, we closed on our first home. Thank you Coco for helping make our dreams come true and sticking with the crazy family across the country.

As we live in Gainesville, FL and was looking to relocate to North Carolina to be closer to family and get back to the cooler mountain air, we knew it would not be an easy task. Rene did a good job. I told her what I wanted and she found it with the first condo we saw. My offer was rejected so Rene began the hunt. Nothing I saw after that could even compare to the first condo. I asked Rene to call the other agent back about the first condo. We were told it was under contract so Rene continued to hunt a place for me. Rene called me one night and told me the first condo was available. So long story short, I now live in my condo and I love it.
